This policy explains what data ScraperData collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• Usage data: the API requests you make (time, query, parameters, status and response time) and your plan.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information when you use the website or API.
• Billing data: plan changes and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

Why we use it

• To provide the Service, count usage and enforce plan limits.
• To show you your usage and request history in the dashboard.
• To prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.
• To contact you about your account, billing or important changes.

How long we keep it

Request logs are kept for up to 100 days. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email, payments), under agreements that protect it, or when the law requires it.
