Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your plan. This policy explains when we give refunds.

New subscriptions

If the Service does not work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment. We refund the full amount if you have used less than 20% of the searches in your plan.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then it is not renewed. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law requires it.

Failed searches

Failed searches are never counted, so they never need a refund.
