Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the ScraperData website and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and API key secret.
• You are responsible for all use of the Service with your account and API key.
• One person or company per account. Do not share accounts to get around plan limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

• to break any law or regulation, or the rights of others;
• to collect or process personal data without a lawful basis;
• to send spam, attack other systems, or overload or disrupt the Service;
• to resell raw access to the API without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a number of searches per monthly period; unused searches do not carry over. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future periods. See the refund policy for refunds.

Availability

We work to keep the Service fast and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Failed searches are not counted towards your plan.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or do not pay.
